Optevo Consulting exists because most consulting optimizes for the engagement, not the outcome. We run it the other way around.

How we work

Optevo Consulting is led by Derek Chapman, working directly on every engagement. No leverage-model staffing, no juniors learning on your invoice — the person who scopes the work is the person who delivers it.

The practice grew up in enterprise delivery — Salesforce and the platforms around it — and now applies that discipline to the agentic layer: AI systems that do real operational work inside real workflows, not demos that impress and expire.

Every engagement ends the same way: a working system, the documentation to run it, and a team that doesn't need us anymore. That is the point.
